Debonairs Umlazi Mega City had the worst service I have ever experienced. The always claim that they only have crammed crust and double decker pizzas . I don’t know if this is their way of making a quick buck, y’all are letting the Debonairs brand down . Your staff is unfriendly and they look overworked. By far the worst Debonairs I have been to!

Had the Debonairs Pizza app for years, with no sudden disappointments experienced. Meaty Cram-Decker as my all time best and favorite pizza priced at R179.90+ (The plus is for the additional toppings you would or may be adding at your choice) and the Death by Chocolate for dessert. Delivery rely differ dependant on your location, few places have been discontinued for delivery due to safety protocols, but switching to collect will still guarantee you mouth watering meal.

The place is not clean. The tripple decker pizzas that they serve are dry(not enough sauce) and the meaty things inside the pizza are few. Their pizza's condition is not satisfying, not even close to good, they are just below average.

Worst pizza in South Africa. Dry, savvy on ingredients, hard surface pizzas like you have to chew it like biltong. There are always left overs when I buy pizza from here. They are the ones who deliver pizza around Umlazi, so I don't do delivery anymore.

Located at Umlazi Mega City mall food court. It is the franchise that we are all used to. The self-service machines available at the restaurant make ordering so much easier. If you're of a traditional person, you can, of course, always approach a cashier to place your order. If you're a local opting to collect your pizza on site, it is another smart to jump the long lines. Hmm, I'm not sure if the delivery option is now available to surrounding areas. The service has improved greatly over the years, I must say...the current floor manager I think that's what he is runs it like a well-oiled machine...hats off to management.
