Well received and covid protocols quietly completed. The service was professional from all therapists. They are friendly and my facial was expertly done. The ambience is calm and inviting, though the spa music was not playing during my treatment session, which is a pity as soft music adds to the spa experience.

Meticulous & TranquilVictoria does a very good job when it comes to waxing and even spotting in grown hairs. She is very meticulous with her work and does it professionally. The mood is tranquil, just the right environment and they are understanding when it comes to running a bit late.

I love and only use placecol products for my face. I have also only had facials with Victoria mostly. However I experienced a new therapist on friday, she was very thorough, by the book, with a questionnaire and all...but unfortunately for her, and no means becoz of any fault on her part, I compared her to Victoria. It's human tendency.I loved how thorough she was, talked me through it, and advised me as well...But it was just the Ceya, I don't feel like I got the full benefit of it on my face during that treatments. Other than that, I will always recommend Placecol products and facials. Thank you.

My experience at Placecol in Kenilworth was heartbreaking. I witnessed the owner treat her employees horrendously, it broke my heart. Would not recommend, will even be boycotting the other branches.

I've been there a few times now and always receive warm, friendly, excellent and professional service - definitely worth the extra few minutes in traffic!
