The boards were delayed by days and cut incorrectly causing further delays. Signs of poor management and incompetence.

Dont ever do business with this unprofessional time wasting rogue company not forgetting the poor quality of cuts. They give you a written invoice demand payment make you wait only to deliver half the goods and promising to deliver the balance the very next day which never happend putting my entire renovations on hold, I'm still waiting for my delivery a month later and so now I will have to go fetch this on my own. The manager never answers or says he will call back but never does. They also lied and said they came to my house and I wasn't there which is a lie they never even called once to say they here or hoot or ring the intercom.This is my first and last time dealing with east coast bboards. unprofessional inexperienced company with poor quality products

I phoned for a piece of board,was met by Zaine ,kind polite and absolutely helpful,referred me to a cutter ,which was top service,then to an edging guy ,wow the most amazing service I received in ages.well done keep it up guy .salute

On a good day they may answer their phones. I don't think they've had a good day yet.

Best Board suppliers ever. U get exactly what u measured and asked for. Best Service and quality of work. Very Reliable.

Crappy service orders are never on time

After being told boards were ready and I went to collect them, no edging was done and some boards were wrong size. Was told it would be sorted in 10 minutes. More than an hour later they came out and it was still done incorrectly - wrong sizes, bad edging. Received call to collect later that day. Came next day to collect - sizes still wrong. Stay clear of this company!
