I needed to purchase tubes for my mom's wheelchair. After much searching I was told that Cycles Alive might have them. I went there and the staff were so helpful. They checked the tubes that were on the chair and found that they were indeed done. They supplied and fitted the new ones. Thank you for the fantastic service received.

Replaced my original rear axle after it broke that lasted me 4 years (+- 5000km). The new one lasted 3 months (+- 180km). When I questioned this, I was accused of riding hard and doing jumps (I wish). The fact of the matter is I have only done 80% tar and 20% gravel since the replacement (No single track). Will rather be takeing my money elsewhere...
