Fomiss Car Wash

Time is money for everyone.I feel highly disrespected and undermined.There were no cars in front of me.I got a wash on my grey car.I drove to the covered parking to get the next session of drying, polishing and vacuuming (which already takes a lot of time on its own).My car was wet for a full 30 minutes without it being attended to by anyone. I didn’t realize how long I was waiting because I was on a work call the entire time. After I hung up, I realized I have been waiting for all that time. If I was not black, I wasn’t gonna get the service I got. I have been washing my car there for the past year, I am not setting foot there. Nearly missed my meeting because of this inconvenience. I therefore drove off, and still, no one stopped me or cared to ask me what’s wrong. I am never washing my car in this establishment ever again. This is highly unacceptable on all customer service levels!
