Absolutely pathetic service. The place was extremely quiet and I ordered a meal which took 45 minutes to get ready. I was seated across the Till and my meal was ready and none of the staff advised me the meal was ready. After 45minutes I asked for a refund and then the staff member says my meal was ready. The staff all left their work station and were having a good chat and laughing at the back of the store as you will be able to see in one if the pics I posted. Service is really pathetic and I will surely not be visiting Fishaways Phoenix anymore.

I get an excellent service with a smile from Grace,such a pleasure to shop at the Phoenix store,wen one is greeted with a big smile ,help you choose the best suitable meal ,also advised on all specials.staff like this should be groomed in all stores, who deliver there services holistically, much appreciated

The quality of the service was poor due to arrogant and unfriendly attendants at d counter .The toilets was in a disgusting condition. We had 2 wait to be attended to due to the cashier taking to the other cashier on the steers desk.
