At first they were all good nice stuff and they processed my paperwork fast it was all Good I paid the deposit and drove off with A Brand New car.. the down side was when the company I worked for got liquidated and I didn't receive my salary they took the car and when I got a Job n had the money to pay my arrears they told me a car is not available and I shouldn't pay the money then I asked the lady how come because the contract says I will get a car or similar one once I pay my arrears she just repeatedly told me they don't have the model I bought the I asked about my deposit she said obviously it will laps the hung up...

The unethical behavior is very annoying, they just decide to deactivate the vehicle when it's fully paid and inconvenience you like nobody's business I really do not know how their accounts department operates

The way I'm so disgusted with Madrent is an understatement, Carol is the lady that deals with kilos, she was supposed to bill us every 10th of the month, next thing she billed us on the 16th of the month for R5890 wich was R3000 over, we took the matter to Simon COO who happened to be the puppet..very scared of this Carol lady.. fine we paid the money and send her proof of payment..guess what? Our car is still turned off.. they are waiting for the payment to appear in their system...tooo disgusted to the core with Medrent.
