Dealing with a loved ones death is never an easy thing. I recently lost my icon and Mother. What added to the matters was i was away from KZN ...... BUT ..... i was so grateful for Baker & Baker's service, gratitude and knowledge on how to deal with the procedures. Melissa not only supported me emotionally but she guided me in decision with options that took the burden off. I just knew my Mother was in great hands and would keep her dignity whilst the family sorted funeral arrangements. We appointed Baker and Baker to take care of my father’s funeral last month. Their service was world class! Melissa went above and beyond including going out to find my grandparents graves where my father wanted to have his ashes buried, cleaning the grave site, and arranging the plaque for the grave. We first contacted Baker & Baker Funeral Directors years ago because my in-laws were getting weaker and we wanted to know what we'd need to do once that worst day arrives. They were brilliant and were able to explain step by step the things that need to be completed. They explained what they offered and provided a range of options. My Dad recently passed away and Baker & Baker took care of Dad's memorial service programme and his cremation with care and professionalism.
