Bought my first car here(second hand car) in Feb 2023.They made a bunch of promises to fix things, their inspection of the vehicle was quick and looked over a few issues.They took their sweet time after I bought the car to fix the issues, I've been back and forth to the dealership honestly more then 10 times throughout 2-3months to sort these issues out.In the process of fixing, there's a new dent in my door. I will highly suggest not wasting your time buying a secondhand vehicle from them.

Very professional way of receiving customers, friendly and helpful,shuttle service was very good, vehicle was serviced and left in clean condition, everything explained clearly and waiting area very comfortable with choice of orange juice and coffee/tea.

The service I got from Mbali was the best. She is friendly, courteous and helpful.The health diagnosis check went well except for the report which says that I should change my battery because I took my car to two battery centres and their reports says that I do not need to change my battery as it is still okay.The car was very clean after my service. The shuttle driver was very good and kind.

Brought my car in for annual service.Great service and friendly staff members. Shuttle available from 07:30 - 08:30 within a 15km radius and available to collect owners when vehicle is ready.I am happy with my car service and I fell the positive work done. Happy.

I brought my 2.2 Ranger DC automatic to CMH Ford after experiencing problem with gearbox. After extensive diagnosis they decided to replace the gearbox under the extended warranty. I was pleasantly surprised at this course of action as the vehicle was 6 years old with 98000 km on the clock. Most dealers would try to sell you a secondhand or recon gearbox to save money. There was no cost involved to me. My previous experience with warranty repairs is that they always look for a loophole to get out of paying for the repair. Full marks to Ford for honoring their warranty. I was very skeptical in the beginning waiting for all the normal excuses but CMH Ford certainly showed that there are still honest and ethical motordealers out there.

I took my car in for service and requested a shuttle. In the afternoon I was told there is no driver available to fetch me so I have to make my own arrangements.This happened to my colleague as well. If you can't offer shuttle services please state it out so we know, rather than giving us false hopes.
