Extremely unhappy with the vet. Was charged 1300 rands for a booster vax and removal of sutures, constant attempts to upsell me, generally left with the impression of being sorely ripped off. Will never go there again.

Brought my puppy here to get her vaccinated and spayed. The staff was really nice and we got a care package with clear instructions when we picked her up.

What a great practice! Dr Cooper is wonderful vet: knowledgeable, thorough, gentle and always available to answer any questions/concerns. My dog Baloo is one of her patients and I can’t recommend her enough!

We love taking our eleven year old ridgeback to Gardens Pet Clinic and Spa- and have been doing so for a long long time, because we know she receives the care, love, and treatment she needs in a way which is gentle and hassle-free. Dr Candice and her team is always welcoming, patient and open to answering all our questions. And we know we get insight, treatment and advice we can trust. Cannot recommend them enough :)

I cannot recommend the Gardens Pet Clinic & Spa enough. I have used both the vet and grooming facilities and both are top tier! The doctors and staff are all so friendly and knowledgable and really go the extra mile for their clients. Dr Sarah in particular has been an absolute star when it comes to dealing with my cats and all of my questions and concerns. Your pets will be very well taken care of here!

Our vet was super friendly and they seemed to know what they’re doing. I felt confident speaking to them. However after spending almost R9,000 for a procedure, they completely missed a critical diagnosis and didn’t follow up with lab results.Our dog is now in a critical condition and we’ve had to have a late night emergency visit to a vet that actually knows what they’re talking about.I’d take a rude competent vet over a nice one that risks my dogs life any day. So we won’t be coming back here.Update: our dog is fine now, after R30k and 3 weeks in the animal hospital.

Candice and the incredible team at this clinic and spa have been looking after Yvonne and Glenda their entire lives, they are our two standard poodles aged nine and eight. They both have their individual personalities and needs. At this place they have every need met and each treatment or grooming extra is tailored to the individual dog, because no two are alike.

We were invited to an evening at the Gardens Pet Clinic and Spa with guest speaker and dog trainer Justine Kruger of Just Pawfect Behavior & Training. What a wonderful and informative evening. Dr Candice exudes passion and her team are exceptionally friendly and engaging. It's the 1st time we have ever heard of these evenings. No other vet goes this extra step further after hours to inform and educate the public. We even won a prize. Vet, dog behaviorist and evening(s) highly recommended. We drove all the way from the southern suburbs and will again. So looking forward to the next evening.
