If I could share zero stars I would. We hired a ladder from them over a month ago and have STILL not received my deposit back!!! I have phoned numerous times, have sent multiple emails and have gone to the branch to try and sort this out. I only get told that it will be paid back on the day and I am still waiting.UpdateThank you for the response, the money is reflecting in my account. We will most definitely make use of your services again

Unfriendly staff, not helpful at all. Needed a 900mm tile cutter and a Chipper for two weeks. Only had a Chipper and not even bothered to source a tile cutter from another branch.
