After explaining the extent of my problem and the personal circumstances Ettienne fitted my bike into their day's schedule.I was warmly received by Kyle and Ettienne kept me updated throughout the diagnosis and the repairs. My elderly mother's walker needed repair. There are no repair facilities in Hermanus. Leon was so helpful when I called and most willing to help wherever he could. He managed to fix the walker the same day! Such a relief for my mother. Thank you Leon
