The screen was almost blank so we couldn't see... luckily someone uses it regularly and guessed where the fields were.

Package in locker but cant get it out, says ID does not exist, been trying to get the package since Friday with resending and still the same, and no communication, just dead silence. OlgaUpdate - when communication finally started, was offered to deliver to the house and got my package.

As a first time user I was very frustrated . I was unable to register on the app.Dont know why?I went to the Pudo locker in Gardens Centre, Cape Town but there was no QR link or info there. I went to The Courier Guy shop and a helpful assistant tried to help me but we struggled and gave up. I sent the parcel with TCG.

I ddnt get my parcel but when tracking it it showed me that I received it which is totally wrong that means they gave my par8to the wrong person who wrote my name as a reciever

The actual service is super easy however FINDING THE PUDO LOCKER WAS THE MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.Best to drive in to the Upper Buitenkant Street parking entrance - and the Pudo lockers are on the opposite side of the entrance (the wall at the far side of the garage near the car wash).

It's in the garage of the shopping center, you can enter via 160 Upper Buitenkant street. I got confused by this but it was all good and no hassles when I got there. The parking also has a limit I'm assuming 5-10 minutes before they charge you for parking.
