Lovely Mary took care of my pedicure. I’m very ticklish but she was careful and gentle. Fell asleep during the massage as it was so nice and relaxing. Thank you, Mary❤️

really really happy with my cut and color done by Jeff and his apprentice! I have a thick, coarse afro and Jeff gave me such a beautiful trim and I left with my hair feeling and looking very healthy

Forcing expensive treatments that I didn't ask for. I went for a cut only and twice they tried to convince me to color, both times I said no and explained why. Then he suggested a wash, which I understood to be something close to my natural hair color and not permanent and agreed to that. I allowed them to continue with the wash, only to find out I am now the proud owner of a very red full hair color which is exactly what I told them I DON'T want! Red is the one color I would never consent to if I was asked. They just care about getting as much money as possible without taking their clients into consideration.

I had been here before and the results of going from blue to platinum was great so going platimum a second time I didn't even really think about it I just automatically went again however this second trip got e wondering if I didn't just luck out the 1st time. I have gone platimum many times before and never have I been in so much pain from bleaching to point where I was crying and shaking....the first round of beach was left on too long and not by the hairdresser by some type of assistant" which is where the drama all started ....3 rounds of bleach later my hair condition was a MESS! Tried to speak to the owner to complain or to see if there was anything we could do about it and then rudely escorted out by a security guard from outside....do the damage and we don't care and if you complain we will escrort u out should be their motto on their business cards. I would recommend this place to people who have a strong dislike for some1 and then send them there....-10 out of ten."

Absolutely misrepresent their services. They insisted they know how to work on African hair and it became apparent quickly that they lied. Seems like a trend from reading other comments. Would not recommend.

Such a bad experience I had.The lady who helped me didn’t know what she was doing with my hair despite them telling me she did.I have a head full of Afro and I understand fully most hair dressers are not able to work with such hair.I tried to explain to her how to work with my hair and she got so defensive and angry.The guy working with her as well instead of just listening to me kept insisting that is how my hair should be done (the hair I’ve had all my life).I had already paid my full amount.I walked out with half of my hair done And a headache and anger inside.And the suggestions even though I had clearly stated NO, to chemically straighten my hair where an insult to the black woman I am.I strongly suggest you make sure they understand what you want before you sit in the chair.
