A very good afternoon Mr P Westgate..... Your service is so bad, you guys charged me twice and you are still delaying with my money that you took away from me I still need to submit my bank statement for you to process a refund that I did not created but because of you bad system. I came today to submit my bank statement but yet still not even one call to to let me know if I we be getting my money or not. If I don't receive any feedback today ill this Metter feaher.

very bad experience with the system of emailing the receipt had to stand at the door to get the receipt multiple times not all stores have network but they recommending email

Security slack. I wheeled out of the Mall with shoes in the bottom basket if my trolley all the way into the parking lit only to realise it as I was emptying the trolley. I had to trudge all the way back to give them. The inconvenience was I could have realised this as I exited,before going all the way back to the car smh

I'm very disappointed and angry. They don't understand customer service, they don't take care of things, you layby and then your things go missing. Disorganized and unprofessional. I'm no longer buying at Mr Price!!!
