My first time ordering from SKIN Functional and I'm so impressed by their extremely fast delivery and amazing customer service! When I placed my order, I forgot to put in the promo code. I emailed them and they responded fast and offered to refund me the value of the promo code, which they did. Thank you for the exceptional service. I'm looking forward to using the products and hopefully having equally good things to say about the products once I've tried them. The order came with personalized thank you card, product usage guidelines and routine as well as a quote card :)

SKIN functional have exceeded my expectations! Not only is their website easy to navigate, but once I'd decided on my products and placed my order my products were delivered within a day with a lovely guide that was put together based on the combination of products I'd ordered.This is only my 6th day using the products, but already I'm seeing a vast improvement with my breakout clearing up and scars from prior breakouts lightening.All-in-all, I have absolutely no complaints!

I absolutely loved everything from the ordering of the products, the beautiful packaging to the way the product feels on my skin! I have only been using it for a week and my skin feels hydrated, clean and fresh! I am on a journey to lighten some marks that were caused by hormonal acne and I will definitely update on the marks in a few months!

I started using the Skin sf retinol sbout 2 months back, my acne soon disappeared, i had to buy my whole skin routine products from Skin sf, and so far I'm so impressed with the noticeable difference of my skin texture, and reduced oiliness. I'm only 2 weeks in and feel confident they will help with reducing acne scars on my face.

I requested an appointment with one of their customer managers for advice regarding what products I can use for my skin, I was treated with so much respect and kindness during the appointment. I ordered a few products for me and a friend and the next day our order was delivered. Delivery was very quick. They communicate often and kept me updated on the status of my order. Their products are quality and I actually enjoyed the fact that they are locally produced. My skin looks really amazing after using Skin functional Skincare for three months. I don't think I will change products anymore. I am very satisfied and proud.
