Disgusting handling of the courtyard by petrol attendents and refusal to provide fuel due to some arrogant customer falsely claiming lines being cut despite us patiently waiting in linen appropriately. Have a look at your cameras, particularly at pump no.2, between 19:15 and 19:20 7 September. I will contact you telephonically tomorrow to hear how you plan address this matter.

Owner should train the staff to be more proactive and not ignore customers who are waiting to be attended to... I litterally waited for 2 mins and then left when no one approached my vehicle. The station was not busy...Note to owner: you are on Florida Road, up your customer service standards...
