What I appreciated most is that they've kept me informed every step of the repair and love the fact that I was give photos to support their feedback. I was skeptical at first to have my fridge repaired as you see so many stories where people “repair it but then it actually ends in multiple comebacks and moral of the story the item is not repaired and you wasted your money. I am delighted however that that was not the case with Solveit. They know what they are doing

Absolutely amazing experience with Solveit Appliance Repairs. I had been pulling my hair out trying to fix my SMEG gas stove after my flooring contractors left it in a state with two of the burners not functional at all. After many poor experiences with contractors and repair people in Cape Town trying to rip me off at any chance it was so refreshing to have someone come through who was honest, efficient, and only charged me the call out fee to fix what I thought would be a major problem. In and out in 15 minutes and taught me a thing or two about stoves at the same time. Definitely my ‘go to’ for all appliance repairs moving forward.

Highly recommend SolveIt.Excellent professional service. Diagnosed problem with fridge and gave honest feedback about previous repair done by another company and advised best way forward with the fridge. Checked the oven bake element (which we had purchased from Defy) and replaced it with the correct one. Will call them whenever I need appliances repaired in the future. Thank you Rod and Rafique.
