I was there for a quotation to fix my vehicle and I was informed by the guy at the reception that I need to pay R650 (cash not card) for it. Three days later, I went there again and I was informed by a different person that they will not charge me for a quotation.Wonder what's happening at VLAM now because they were not like this before in terms of transparency. I'm even thinking twice of taking my vehicle to them now because I'm not trusting if their service is still as excellent as before.
