We were beyond happy with Careful Movers! We read different reviews and were a little nervous but we could not have been more pleased with our experience. Tracy was so helpful to arrange everything and keep us up to date on the details. Richard and his moving team were so amazing- really careful with our stuff and so hard working. The price for our move was also much cheaper than quote we got from other movers and there were no hidden fees. We will definitely use them again!

Great experience! Were the most cost effective of the quotes I received and certainly get more than you pay for. Communication always proactive, every step of the way, even when the truck was delayed (given traffic in Joburg, that's a given?!), they called me to let me know. And they arrived 30 minutes later as promised, friendly, efficient and professional. Will use again in a heartbeat!

I had the worst experience with Careful Movers and im sure i will not be using them again in the future.Most times when you are moving, you are pressed for time in terms of moving out of your old place and into the new. They did not take into consideration that i may have other things i had to do.apart from the fact that i never got a confirmation email after they received my POP. i was the one that had to constantly call them to ask when they will arrive. they were supposed to pick up my thing on friday after 2pm and deliver the same day, so i made arrangements with a friend to receive the delivery when they got to my new place. They came 3,5 hours late to pick up, they did not even have tape to secure my boxes. they left one chair also. they never arrived that friday, did they call or communicate why they were late and why they did not deliver in time? no i had to call phones that were off, and send a million texts in anxiety.the next morning on Saturday somebody responds, and apologises, yet i still say, communicate, let me know what is happening, things happen, trucks breakdown, but good customer etiquette is good communication, this is someones personal stuff and i was expected to stay calm not knowing where my things are. anyway my furniture arrived on Monday morning at 6:30 as if i was not supposed to get ready for work.anyway never again hey. they did not treat me like somebody that paid full price for their service, they treated me like i asked for a favor.

They price was reasonable compared to other moving companies but the only issue I had was they weren’t on time with both collection and delivery of my goods. They did not deliver the service as per the schedule date and time. Other than that the service was okay.

Should not be in BUSINESS!!!!!!!This company should not be in business.I made n booking for this past Saturday at 9 o'clock, just before 9 I called Blessing he said he will get back to me in 10 min I'm still waiting for him to call me back????A driver only showed up at 1 o'clock the afternoon, by that time still no answer from Careful movers I called all 3 numbers on their website either no answer or just say can not connect.

Terrible. Furniture didn't arrive. Couldn't get hold of owner who is Zimbabwean. Approached Attorney's who traced him. He eventually delivered. Leather lounge suite torn and seems oil was messed on it. Fridge and washing machine damaged as if dropped. DO NOT USE.

Great service. Wanda and the guys are professional and handled everything absolutely well. Will recommend them any day.

Don’t use this company. Our delivery is late, there has no communication, and we can’t get hold of them. The only time they were communicative was when they were making the sale.
