Took my car in for small repair quote on Friday 24/3 still no quote - tried calling Saturday Tried all 3 call options but no response.Quite disappointed

About 3 years ago I posted an original review about terrible service and quality of work. After dealing with Rosey Directly I subsequently removed it as she had corrected" all of my issues.I am writing this review as 3 years later

My car was involved in a fender bender and the insurance had springfield panel and paint on their panel of approved service providers. The service received was superb. The director is personally involved in the business and ensures maximum customer satisfaction. The whole process was well managed and I had my vehicle back after a 3 days as promised. Good attention to detail, honest workers as all my belongings were still in the car and good quality workmanship. They even arranged drop off and pick ups which was really convenient. Well done to the owner a proud example of a competent and able female leadership. Extremely professional and efficient captain of the ship. Well done
