Cash Converters Gift Acres

Rip off. Rip off. Rip off. Went to the store to sell my Nespresso latissmo Touch Coffee machine that sells on takelot for R9999. They offered me R250 I mean the scam of that offer. When I see on cash converters online they selling for almost R5000.00. Don't go there. Go to menlyn. They know how to value goods and give fair price.

They take advantage of people I understand they need to make a profit but I checked 2 other cash converter s both gave about the same price over 35% of the retail price but here they wanted to give less then 20% Wich is ridiculous scary how many desperate people they have taken advantage of I hope this review saves some people I suggest go to either retail park or morlletta Cash converters will definitely get a better bargain and everyone walls away happy

I tried to sell them a product valued at R800 for R400. They offered me R150. I had such a good laugh and went on to sell it on Facebook marketplace.

Everytime we go here there's an issue with their card machines. Even when there's no load shedding in the area or surrounds.That's not even talking about the cashiers that openly mock the customers and laugh about it the fact that an elderly gentleman complained about not being able to stand for a long time while the one cashier was having a chat with the other cashier.We were also first in line, tapped our card, but then of course, the card machine all of a sudden malfunctioned. Once the card machine came back online, the other cashier took it, helped her customer and then only took our payment afterwards. All the while still mocking the elderly gentleman and laughing about it.Very poor taste and you should definitely look into your customer facing positions you have filled, because this is not on.

What a gem of a store! We bought an Xbox yesterday and paid for a game. We realized the game wasn't in the box, so we went back. Monique was incredibly helpful. The cue was long and my fiances blood sugar dropped dramatically. Dessa noticed this and came out of nowhere with an energy bar to bring his sugar back up. This was such a sweet kindness that can not be overlooked! You guys are such an amazing group of people. Thank you for going the extra mile, Dessa! You are appreciated Xxx The Huxtables

Horrible service ! Only two people seeing to people . People are waiting so long and theres no extra assistance. They are blind!

Service was extremely bad. Don't even try to Whatsapp them they don't answer and when they do they lie about the price they would give you. They tell you one thing over the phone and a totally different thing in person. And when you call them out on it they refuse to give you service and they ignore you the whole time while you wait for service.
