Making excuses while someone waits all day for a service is unacceptable. It is unacceptable to believe that installation should take place after business hours if no prior arrangements have been made.Everyone who reads this should not use this firm; instead, spend an extra R300 or R400 to use one of the more reputable companies. You get what you pay for.
