Great Location and Food. A nice place for a stopp, relaxing, eating and of course drinking during our motorcycle tour through wonderful South Africa. Thank you Robin and your team. It was nice to meet you and your Bush Pub.

Robin and Adrian run one of the best pubs I have ever been to. Friendly service, great prices and lovely atmosphere. These guys make you feel right at home and part of the community. Call ahead and have Adrian put together one of his braai-extravaganzas for you. We have had some amazing parties here and will keep coming!

Service at the bar only, but the service was friendly. Double brandy was R25 and the platter to share for R200 could have easily fed three or more. Was a great little find.

Lovely bushpub with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is lovely and shady. Lovely wine. Will visit again

Lovely rustic atmosphere, lots of parking. Indoor tables and fabulous outdoor seating area under shady trees. Limited menu, but extremely tasty meals. Great, friendly service from the manager, great music. The only drawback was a lot of flies. It would help a lot if they put up some fly traps on the perimeter of the seating area.

Adrian and Robin are the best team out there. Great food, fantastic atmosphere, friendly locals. Can't visit Tulbagh without stopping in.

If you're not getting served by a minor that cannot possibly be older that 10, then you as woman get helped by insecure bar ladies that treat you like absolute rubbish, unless you're a man. Men get charged less than woman. Shocking and horrible, this place will NEVER see me again. It was my first time in Tulbagh and a place like this will ensure that I never return!!!

Foodie post: Looking for a nice pub in Tulbagh to go watch the rugby and eat a warming meal,Bush Pub is your place. Really impressive burgers must say. Only had 5 items on the menu:1)The freakish big burger 2)Ribs 3)Crumbed mushroom 4) Chicken schnitzel 5) chicken strips. Average service though but its pub heyyy.. Will defs be back.

Every time I’ve been to this bar I’ve felt unwelcome as the bar staff needs an serious attitude adjustment. Never get greeted, get ignored and not at all professional in any way. Changing the attitude will greatly effect the business for the better.UPDATE:Got contacted by management. Not apologizing, but to say the review is bad for business.Pro tip to reacting to negative reviews:Comment on the post, apologize and ask what you can do to make up for whatever created the situation.Local or customers from elsewhere: all business is important and customer satisfaction is essential.Regardless to this all, this establishment will never see me again.
