Ntokozo the Dietitian
When i went to her i was about 80kg. Then she worked with me until my weight went down to about 64kg. I started seeing her in August 2020. She patiently worked out an eating and exercise plan for me. Every time i went to see her she adjusted the plan according to what was working for me.She would also explain things about food that i did not know, like how to read labels on food. She really helped turn my health around with the guidance she gave me and i am greatful for that. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to loose weight and get healthy.
