I bought couches that was too big and could not fit into the house. Vissie Scholtz and her team didn’t even think twice to replace the couches even after 1 was damaged from trying to get it in. Excellent service in a time where it is few and far between. Thank you for all the effort.

Ruan was so helpful and knowledgeable when o went to view couches I ended up buying couches from him. They customize the fabric / color to your requirements.A little mistake occur upon delivery and Ruan was extremely quick to phone me, and resolve. Not like any other place where there’s little to no after service, Ruan truly cares about the customers and their experience and kept me updated throughout.Will recommend everyone to go here for their couch needs.

My second purchase and I have moved from being a very delighted customer to now a raving fan.And the delivery team is friendly and efficient.

We purchased 2 wingback chairs, delivering of the chairs took weeks after constant promises being made, the delivery date changed 3 times before we got our chairs. After recieving the chairs we noticed that the chairs had different Thickness in the legs and stiching in the material at the back of one of the chairs that was not done properly leaving a whole. We have contacted Damian and Eugene and informed them of the faults found. They committed in ensuring that the chairs would be collected and repaired. We report this on the 5th December and am still waiting for someone to collect the chairs. Everyday when we enquire as to when they will collect the chairs, we get told they will collect the next day, which never happens. The level of service recieved and the quality of the product does not justify the amount of money spent

I haven't received my order yet, so I can't comment on that. However, I can say that service I've received so far from Ruan is impeccable. If my couches and bar stools are as good as the service, I will definitely be telling others about you and may be ordering more in the future.

Placed my order on Sunday 27 November 2022 and it was delivered on Monday 28 November 2022. My expectations exceeded a 1000x over. The guys even assembled my table for me and such friendly gentlemen as well. That couch place is my new favorite place. And just to show their confidence they have a Cash on Delivery option which is awesome assurance for first time buyers like myself. Thank you so much and keep up the awesome service.

Placed an order online - There was an issue with the order and pricing... It was acknowledged and resolved very quickly. I am very happy with the service I received and placed another order afterwards... It too was delivered quickly... Overall very happy with the store - Great customer service!!
