I called out Pearson's electrical earlier this year to resolve an electrical issue I was having with my prepaid meter. They promptly attended to and resolved the issue. However, at the same time, the electricians took it upon themselves to turn up the temperature of my geyser from 55C to over 70C. I queried this with Pearson's electrical stating that I hadn't asked for this to be done and could they please come back and turn it back down again to the previous setting. The water was so hot that it was dangerous. They came out once again to turn the thermostat back down. Not only did this not resolve the problem, they also had the audacity to charge me for this callout. When I refused to pay for the problem they had caused I was turned over to debt collectors who threatened me with legal action. I very reluctantly paid.I had to call out and pay for another electrician who corrected the issue by turning down the thermostat to 55C.I think the service I received was shameful at best. I most certainly do not recommend Pearson's electrical.
