The tree houses are beautiful and well furnished, a great escape. Equipped with all the necessities. Great location, service and staff. Property is well kept. A lovely relaxing experience. There's a Pool and a dated play place for the kids. If you're lucky you can hear the lions roar at night, but unfortunately also traffic noise in the distance. But all in all a fantastic experience.

What u see on their website is what you get,a great get away from the noise amazing view from your balcony the outside shower and bathtub were my favourite ,everything you need is there,u just need to bring your own food and drinks.There are also a lot of activities u can do around haartebees as it is situated near a lot of attractions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

LOVED LOVED everything but we booked a massage and paid it. Received the wrong massage. The place has loadshedding. No generator and it is very cold in autumn/winter. We had an issue with our geyser. Otherwise. Perfect location,decor, rooms.

The place and service are excellent. The two issues are slow unstable wi-fi and load shedding in the area.The last issue is not Nehema's fault, however, some similar establishments have backup generators or solar to counter this issue. It would have been a perfect stay if these were in place.

I didn't have the greatest experience with the hosts the Friday prior to us checking in. But the cottage is lovely and spacious; more than enough room to accommodate my dad's wheelchair, even in the bathroom. Overall, I am very happy. Customer service needs a bit of attention though.

Nice cosy place, but the place is dirty. On arrival, the place was full of flies and we only realised the following day where they came from, the pan in the oven was rotten with dirty water mixed with fats. Great location after all.

When we arrived, the room we got was not prepared. It was only in the morning where we realised we were placed in the wrong room. This was our fault though because we checked-in really late due to delays from work. We had the option of staying in the current room while they prepared it for us or move to the correct room, which was next door. Our host was extremely friendly and was so was the lady who did my foot massage. On the downside, there were a lot of ants in the bathroom. The water in the area is also not drinkable so they provide bottled water in the fridge. However, they only provide two small bottles, which is not enough if you are staying for 2 nights.

What you see on the internet, is exactly that… I had a wonderful stay there ,breathtaking, very peaceful and beautiful.. assisted by Audrey ooh very friendly and welcoming.. I’d definitely recommend it.
