I am appalled by the fact the the shop does not have people making sure that their customers are following the covid protocols like social distancing and wearing masks correctly. Won't shop here again.

Honestly had the worst experience at PicknPay Clothing Keywest today.Today I went into shop for clothes at the store from 15:30 as just were many other people in the store.As it was nearing 16:00 the entire staff began to complain continually that they wanted to leave as today was Youth Day. The were all up in arms that there were still people shopping and not leaving. The complaints and disgustingly rude remakes made by the staff in vernac were shameful.Eventually it reached a point whereby I left all my items and just paid for a pair of shoes and left the store.The dumbest part of this entire situation is that when I went past the till the cashier said that now their closing times had changed and the store would close at 18:00!!It’s understandable that it is a public holiday but the store should uphold its duty of providing services to consumers and figure out their public holiday trading properly.I’m honestly disappointed in PicknPay Clothing Keywest’s lack of professionalism, management andb overall respect for their customers.
