What a pleasure to use Sydney's furniture removals. Ours was a tricky setup with various bits having to be collected in two towns. Nothing was too much trouble for Sydney's team.. not only were they highly professional, they were friendly, helpful and extremely careful when they moved furniture. I cannot recommend them enough, and the pricing was very competitive.

I came across Sydney's by doing a google search and checking out the reviews so I did and online quote form and almost immediately received confirmation to complete my inventory. With a few hours I received a quote and processed payment. Sydney called me back immediately to confirm receipt of the proof of payment and booking for my chosen date. He sent a follow up mail. I've had bad experiences with previous movers so on the day before I gave him a call but he was husy however truly professionally he called me back and confirmed my order for the following day saying he had never let anyone down before . Moving day came and it was pouring, so I thought he may call to reschedule but not a chance his dad and team arrived first at the collection address. The team immediately got out and introduced themselves to me saying to themselves come and meet the client". Very professional. Sydney and his team arrived next and again same routine of professional service. Loading done efficiently but very carefully. Unloading again done quickly and carefully. I felt so bad for the guys because they had 3 floors to manoeuvre up but not a single complaint despite the rain. This company had the highest service level ever and Sydney treats his team as professionally as his clients.
