I got a Sinotec 55 inch TV last year October, beginning March this year it was switching on and off by itself. Sinotec collected the TV last week Tuesday, I have had to keep following up on the status of the repair as no-one from Sinotec called me with any feedback.I got a call yesterday saying the TV was repaired and if anyone would be home to accept the delivery. I told the lady I first needed to make arrangements and she would call me back in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes she called back but I had to rush to a meeting. I saw the missed calls and called back 5 minutes later, the lady at switchboard was not able to assist me. I eventually got through to repairs after holdings on for 8 minutes to be told that the driver had gone for the day on his deliveries and that no-one would be bringing the TV today being Monday but only on Wednesday. What company calls you in the morning and expects you to jump when they say the driver is coming today. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!! This is how they treat customers, not impressed. Mr Issadoor was the supervisor I am dealing with and Rahba is the lady that I spoke to. I would think twice when your TV needs repairs as you will also be left hanging.

The service is very poor I took in my Sinotec TV for repairs it's been over 2 weeks now.when calling their phone is either on voicemail or it just rings no one picks ups. Been sending emails and no response. am really disappointed with their service I mean I paid money to buy their product if this is the way they treat their customers then I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy their brand.

Terrible brand....sad I had given this tv the benefit of the doubt. My smart" tv just decided to die. Oh and netflix won't work after a few months and there is no means of updating or no automatic updates by manufacturer."

They shouldn't be allowed to sell their so called smart TV . It's a mission to download any App,I've been trying since forever to install Netflix to no avail. They're not smart TVs!!I'd give it ZERO stars of I could

Bought a Washing Machine in 2020, they stopped selling the machine a year ago. Now they dont even have parts available for the machine that is 2 years old. Will never buy any of their products again. Tried resolving it with management, call was put down on my ear

I am extremely browned off right now! Just tonight AGAIN, I had to relive the unpleasant experience of a TV shutting in my darn face, this is a complete joke!Bought a 32inch Sinotec TV back in 2017 - in such Good Faith, via Hi Fi 'Corpse' within exactly a years time, I had to bring the TV back to get it repaired, which was fine.A year after it got repaired, I found myself back at the store not purchasing a new TV, but bringing it back for repairs AGAIN - after waiting a full month, TV got tested in Hi Fi - at the time it had not switched on and had to be tested on a different plug, of which it then went on.I brought the TV back home last week Friday - the exact next day the TV had no power supply.I left it and switched it on a few days again and then Miraculously it went on. Tonight it switched off - after being repaired on more than 2 occassions.I think it is obvious to say that this TV has exhausted its repair period and needs to be exchanged for a brand new one.The amount of money I used with transportation on this TV to and from the store is ridiculous - matters will have to be taken into my own hands - I am LIVID!!!!

I've had my Sinotec TV for a while now and I can honestly say I've never had an issue. It's picture quality is as good today as when I bought it and it's great value for money!

Purchased a 42 inch tv on the 3rd March. It lasted unti mid day 19 March. Don't waste your time with this product. I know I won't anymore. I guess at best, it was an expensive life lesson.

I like that they very welcoming and they know how to treat their visitors

They dont have parts for their televisions. Bought my tv 5 years ago they say they discontinued the model and they no longer stock the parts.
