I've been a user of IMS's refurbished equipment services for over a Decade.Overall they are excellent value for money and confident in their products and services, which is why they can back it with a warranty.Unfortunately, my recent dealings with them has colored my opinion. Usually the products are quality checked before being sent to the customer. But in this case the ball was dropped. Something that should never have left their workshop was delivered to me, and was returned the same day due to quality assurance failure. Due to this oversight and the lack of replacement options I was serverly affected and missed a deadline. I have addressed my concerns with management and hopefully going foward, they will be back on the level of quality and service I have come to expect from them over the years.

I was hesitant to use Instant Mobile Solutions - Short Term Computer Rental as I am based in Durban, but their service has been superb and I recommend them to you wherever in the country you are if you need a short term computer rental. Affordable, excellent and prompt delivery and collection and a very good machine!
