This place gets 5 stars for the quality of product and overall pricing but could really do better on customer after care. I sent in a pair of monitor headphones for repair last November (4/11/2021) only to get them back yesterday (29/03/2022) while I'm very happy with the job they did Id've appreciated if they'd communicated more consistently rather than going silent for weeks on end. I remember sending these back here since they were the ones who sold them to me in the first place and I felt I could trust the store. They also didn't mention I'd have to arrange my own courier collection service after repairs were done which was confusing and inconvenient considering they had couriered my initial purchase . I know this review sounds ranty but to sum it it I like what they do as a business but the customer support stills need a lot more work.

I ordered a pair of earphones that are specific for drummers. How do I get into contact with you guys because you I can't get a hold of you over telephone?Update: Station Vibration called me back (Ezekiel was the name of the perosn helping me).He offered to come to Pretoria to fetch my purchase to exchange it even though it's not needed anymore. Above and beyond what duty calls for, I will always be using Station Vibration for sound purchases. Thank you for your awesome customer service!

Our friends from Limpopo made arrangements to come purchase a receiver and a number of cordless mics (10K) this past Saturday. On arrival the guy was called and he said he’d get back to us only to ignore our subsequent calls. We had to make other arrangements and A1 Sounds in Johannesburg Marshalltown saved the day. NB: I am aware they are closed on Saturdays hence there was an arrangement made beforehand. Very unprofessional to make people drive all the way from Phalaborwa and not fulfil your promise.

Top tier quality. Very reasonable pricing. Top notch customer service. I have been building my sound system with Station Vibration, and I must say, the guys are great. I don't see myself purchasing musical equipment anywhere else. I can call the guy anytime and ask him anything about sound and I always get answers and the best advice ever. My sound system is big now and I want it to be bigger through Station Vibration. I am a very happy customer.

What a pleasure to deal with. Shipping super fast! Price is great. And they actually had the stock at the price where other guys suddenly tell you the supplier doesn't have stock or the price has changed.You would be a snapperhead if you don't support and buy from them!
