Catering By Riva

After 1 and a half months of sending emails, calling, messaging etc., I never ended up receiving a quote at all. It was incredibly frustrating and I was very disappointed with the customer service and the way requests were handled (I was basically ghosted). Thankfully I've found a lovely caterer who is responsive and willing to assist with my event. I don't recommend this company unless you want to chase after people constantly (and you still probably won't get any feedback/replies).

Worst experience dealing with these caterers. First trying to get a quote for our event was like pulling teeth. My partner had to email so many times. After that communication was just as shocking that we ended up totally giving up and going with someone else who actually treated us with respect. They clearly don’t need the work, or appreciate it. DON’T RECOMMEND.

The competency and service I received was outstanding! Riva’s food happens to be incredible too!!!

I ordered a shabbos lunch.The food was absolutely delicious and wonderful value for money. Highly recommended!!!
