The greatest of them all the staff there is amazing from the sales team to the technical team. They are solution driven. A special mention to Mbongeni - is truly a Mbongeni Im truly grateful to him . My laptop was fixed within a bling of an eye while a competitor told me it will take 30 days and it was more expensive. Big ups to Mbongeni. Thank you !!!

Just made a purchase, first impressions not friendly. Then card transaction was slow and I was next, gentleman helping me was about to take my card then the other assistant in the store takes the machine without communication and helps the customer behind me. Once that was explained by my assistant, no appology or recognition of the error, won't see me again

Some Matrix stores are independly owned and operated and as such the staff are sometimes out to gain more than give.The warehouses such as this one have friendlier, more knowledgeable staff that take a genuine interest in their customers.If I ever need software or hardware I always make a point to stop at a Matrix Warehouse branch first.This one and the one in Benoni have always given exceptional service.

I would like to take this opportunity, but mainly to create awareness to the public out there about the outstanding service I received from a consultant whose name I would like to mention, but do not have authorization from consultant himself. However, nothing was to much and he was totally determined to solving the issue at hand. Which he did, no sweat. Not only his technical skills, but his people skills but overall mannerisms are to be commended.
