My experience started with a helpful suggestion from my stepdad to buy new brake pads for my Mercedes on a Saturday morning. With little knowledge about cars, I was pleased to discover the outstanding service, informative advice, and reasonable price. It was evident that this family business was dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

Great and reliable service! Our cars clutch gave out completely literally 15 min before they closed and the guys waited for us to tow the car to the workshop and sorted it out the next morning, got car back the following day and i was extremely happy with the service received! Highly recommended!

Quick and easy service and customer centric too. They go the extra mile too, for example I paid for my brake pads for a car that is at a fitment center and I asked him if he could take the pads to the fitment center when they are delivered from his supplier and with pleasure he agreed to deliver them to fitment center without asking for any penny extra. Thanks guys.

Bought a clutch it was not checked by company... Got home didnt fit went to return now they dont want to return product as the pressure plate has a chip out it was not used most probably broken in the box but now we cannot get our R1350. PLS BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING THERE CHECK YOUR PARTS BEFORE LEAVING....

HAVE NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, JUST A SAUSAGE FACTORY!!! I phoned East Cape Clutch and Brake Services for a quote for my vehicle, after which I was advised of best times to bring my vehicle in. I took my vehicle in at 7am on the following Saturday morning as advised to be the best time and my first opportunity, only to be told that they have no break pads for my vehicle. I was told that I could go to the OEM Dealership to buy break pads and bring my vehicle back for fitment. I had to wait to 9am for the Dealership to open, and was back by 09:30 for fitment, only to now be told that they were not taking in any more work for the day and that they couldn't help me! Only good thing to come of this episode is that I know that I wont ever be going back to this business, and will be telling this story to everyone who asks for advice on where to get their brakes and clutches repaired.
