I purchased a scrabble game about 3 weeks ago, accessories were missing. I paid cash of R180.00 .I called the store and spoke to the manager and explained what the problem was. She wasn't very helpful, she did not offer me a refund neither an option for exchange of something else. Obviously the box had to opened in order to see what was missing. Furthermore the quality of the bored is absolutely thin like paper. Your customer service is very poor!
