The service I experienced was incredible! The ladies were all so friendly and helpful. They assisted me with a change of ownership from someone based in Gauteng to someone based in Potchefstroom, they made the entire process so much easier and were so fast and efficient!

If I could rate this company zero I would. I had traveled all the way from Alberton to Roodeport to get my BRNC done. I was greeted by their many cats hanging everywhere on the tables in their office, mind you this is a Numberplates & Vehicle Registration office, what if someone has Ailurophobia or has Asthma? I was also ignored for a good 10 mins until someone noticed me and decided to 'assist they had no idea what documents were required to do a BRNC their employees are very rude

Absolutely friendly staff, no hidden costs, priced way better than other companies offering the same services. Was told it would be ready by a certain day and it was, no delays and everything was done correctly. I will definitely use them again.

Very bad service. Stood in front of the counters and the ladies just pretended as if I was not there!! Continued to chat and eat. I couldn't believe it!!! Wow!! One lady just went past me from one counter to the other as if no one was there!! I've never felt so invisible!!!!

Unfortunately, a zero rating does not exist. Your money for proposed services to be rendered is taken and when they cannot deliver on what was promised, they are happy to refund" less a fee of R150 "because we tried"?????"
