Employed by the body corporate of Camelot flats in Malvern to do waterproofing on roof. Flats are leaking when it is raining causing damages on the inside. To date nothing has been done to rectify same. This contractor is messing around with owners who are affected, costing owners huge losses as their property cannot be let out.

Hi Sanjay,The Camelot project is now a year old and to use the weather as an excuse not to make good the poor quality of workmanship is really unacceptable. I personally met with you on site regarding the damages caused to my section to which you promised to attend to repairs of same but to date nothing has been done resulting in further damages to my unit. I am also now in a situation which could lead to my tenant vacating the premises due to your delays in attending to the Camelot problems. Surely a reputable contractor would not make clients who are affected by poor workmanship beg for the contractor to perform or is this how the industry operates these days.Right now I am an owner of a sectional title unit who is at a huge loss because of your poor workmanship and each day you delay to make good your wrongs it is inconveniencing my tenants when it rains and adding to damages to my flat.Put yourself in my situation nobody will accept this kind of poor workmanship and I am shocked to know that you are affiliated with a professional body such as Master Builders Association.
