They fetched the tumble dryer. Nothing happened. Two weeks later I had to phone them. Again nothing happened. After three weeks I phoned again. Then I finally got an extremely expensive quotation (almost double the price I paid for the tumble dryer which is only about 5 years old), which would be ridiculous to accept. Then I still had to pay R 800. The whole experience was simply very unprofessional. And my tumble dryer is still broken.

Cobar saved me from having to write off an expensive Samsung fridge/freezer after another repair person said it was not fixable. They replaced a small part that got the fridge working on site. The owner and reception staff were really friendly and courteous, and the technician they sent out was great too. I'm about to user them again to for a washing machine problem, and I'd recommend their services every time.

Absolutely excellent service!! After the people who are agents of my washing machine told me they could not fix it at all since the parts were discontinued, Cobar fixed it properly and I think it now still has quite a few more years to last me!
