Thanks to Heinrich and Smiley the technician for helping me in 1 hour to replace my battery and processor fan, great service. :) Will be back in future.

If you are looking for a quick turn around time, then this might not be the place for you (remember you will pay a premium for it). The HP store in Menlyn referred me to another company that was going to charge me R3k to put in a R250 part...if you are looking for competent people with a really affordable service, then I will recommend DualZone. They fixed the main issue (charging port) and serviced my fan and fixed the charger as well.I just rated them a bit low because getting feedback was quite cumbersome. They have an automated ticket system that sends emails on the status. That should be sufficient, but I was desperate to get my machine back, so I tried to find out the status a bit too often. I'll definitely use them again over any other IT service organisation.

I am very happy with the servicing of my 2 Canon printers. Communication could be improved.

My laptop was sent to Dual Zone for a noisy fan to be replaced. They decided to also reinstall windows and completely format my hard drive for no apparent reason without asking me if they can do this. I have lost all my data. In addition to this, the speakers do not work, the light under the power button does not light up and the left ctrl button is faulty. I had about R10 000 worth of music which I had purchased on this laptop and it is all gone.STAY AWAY.

Unprofessional. Will never bother myself trying to contact them again. Must have followed up more than 4 times for a quote, only to get a 1 sentence email response from Eugene, and no response from then on!! What a waste of my time after being referred by Incredible connection. Urg!!

There is a gentleman named Eugene, I'm told he is the manager. He doesn't take customers seriously at all. They give his number as a contact person, he reads whatsapp messages and never respond. He doesn't return calls. I guess they havr mpre important customers to focus on...

I gave them my 2 1/2 year old macbook pro to replace the battery. I collected it neatly wrapped and thinking these guys are really good. When I got home, 400 kms away, I was shocked to discover that it was not booting, they insisted that they received it from me in that condition. Needless to say, I got very bad service from them.

What a pleasure to deal with these guys. Friendly and helpful. Gave in my Samsung 24 monitor that was not switching on. They had the replacement parts with in two days and even delivered it at my door by courier the day after. Thanks for a great service ! Will use you again!"
