Im a child and the adult at the coffee counter refused to help me after I paid already.I just wanted to switch my order and he told me no and just ignored me.I am not even allowed to change my order and pay in the extra even thou the order was not even made yet.No business works like that.An upsetting experience.

Called today during a loadshedding block to find out if all services would be operational during the power cut, and a helpful person quickly answered the telephone to assure me that all services inside the forecourt would be available as normal.Once I arrived, John assisted me promptly and professionally at the Volute Coffee Co. counter, and I had great and efficient service from start to finish.Thanks team for the clean and tailored service station you serve this community with!

This is a nice place. The toilets are neat and clean. The staff is friendly, there's good service jn general. Steer is available inside with good service and friendly staff. I enjoyed visiting the place.

After waiting for 5 min at Car wash, which I paid for, I jumped in and washed my own car. This was my second vehicle for the day. First vehicle I had to ask the staff to please start with the inside after this car also was already washed and parked with no one attending to finish the job.. Will not go back..

The coffee is great, but the staff working at the counters was very rude and would not allow me to pay in R5 to change my order he just refused and it caused a big scene in the shop. A terrible way to start anyone's day.
