Accepting an appointment for 9am means you will be available at that time. Making your clients wait outside for more than 30 minutes its so unprofessional, 2019 Dec when I came for my first tattoo uou did the same thing and worst of all you don't communicate if you are going to be late and you don't pick up the call.
