I would highly recommend this Record store to anyone. I asked Mark, the owner about 9 vinyls that had just been announced. He found them within minutes and ordered them for me for a fair price. They were released 3 at a time, so he even offered to ship them out to me as they came.So friendly and great customer service. The best experience I’ve had with buying and ordering vinyl records.

Excellent service. Great store. In this stupid digital era where are living it's so comforting to know there is still a magical store where you can buy real music, physical music, CD, vinyl. I hope your store keeps it's doors open for the next 100 years and brings the owners as much joy as your stores brings me. They have found in a psychological study that people appreciate music more if listening on CD or vinyl, the physical experience of it makes the experience more lasting, and returning where as digital makes the experience less of everything. Thanks for great service, great communication and products. Thanks for the opportunity.

The only place to get your albums! Ive been a customer now for a good 6 months and every order has been on time (normally quicker) in perfect condition and amazing service - I had an issue with a faulty album and they went out of their way to assist and replace (when it wasnt even their fault) - Im a fan and will be a customer for a long time to come!

I needed a DVD that I couldn't find anywhere else. I ordered online and they mentioned that it was a special order and gave an ETA for arrival. It arrived much sooner than promised. When I went to collect, it turned out to be a lovely little music shop. The staff were friendly and also mentioned that if I need DVDs not on their website, I should just let them know and they will try to find it from their suppliers. Very happy.
