Shocking service. Maintenance managers never bother to get back to you after requesting a meeting to discuss contractual obligation of service. I have had to replace my grass twice due to it being burnt by mowing too short. And maintenance crews arrive on site without any tools and you end up supplying spades, rakes, brooms etc!
