The outlet has all the gadgets Samsung is offering. They also stock accessories to the Samsung gadgets which comes in handy. The staff is very friendly and patient in explaining how the gadgets work and which accessories goes with each item. The total experience there is wonderful. You will leave there with a smile.

Went to drop off my phone at the end of March to replace a cracked screen and the man helping me said it would take 10 working days for it to be repaired. It took multiple days for the invoice to come and no communication with regards to a payment received to notify me that they will start with repairs. I waited from the 4th of April (the day I payed) till the 17th of April (when I had to come to the store in person because I have received no contact from the store at all). When I arrived today I found out that my phone has been fixed for a couple of days and they have been trying to call me to tell me, but they have my phone...That was the excuse, when they had my email and could have simply emailed me that my phone has arrived, instead they have been phoning me for days assuming that I would have another phone in my back pocket.I came to collect my phone and the man told me that my charging port was supposedly now also broken (because it was charging slowly with a cable that was not specifically for my phone - the phone I have has a black cable and he was using a white cable) and that I must have broken it before I had brought it in, when it had been working perfectly fine before I brought it in. I was told that I could send it in for repairs AGAIN to deal with this problem, but when I brought it home and charged it with my official phone charger it has been charging perfectly.Honestly just happy that my phone is fixed and I don't have to go back because the staff's ability to communicate is poor.

Shocking customer service! Went to purchase a top of the range Samsung microSD card from this store.After enquiring about the Samsung 512mb Pro Plus, the perplexed sales person claimed that Samsung does not make such a product. When I showed him the one I bought online (but still waiting for) he immediately insisted that I had been subject to a scam, as all samsung microSD cards are red.This is comical, as I have a screenshot of the exact product I was enquiring about from the official Samsung website.Teachable moment here... Perhaps train your staff properly on all of your products, and also strongly recommend that their go-to response is should not be the snooty remark You were scammed"."

I've dealt with this store and their staff on a few occasions over the last few months and I don't want to go back again. The old man working there is rude & arrogant, they didn't have stock of the cellphone I wanted to buy, and their technician works his own hours. Avoid wasting your time going there! Canal Walk and Tygervally's Samsung stores are much better.

That Batchi guy in customer service insulted me for his own error and incompetance.Hanging up on a client is unheard of is that the world class training. English and attitude are his biggest weaknesses. Time wasting and very unprofessional customer service. Need to learn how to communicate with clients professionally understand and all tiny details. Document notes if need be. Administration between the shop and repair workshop should not be done by the customer as that's part of their job.

Very incompetent store, took my phone in on the 20th of April, was told 5 to 10 working days, continuesly tried to call no response, eventually got hold of after a month my phone got quoted on issues I didn't even send the phone in for and now my phone looks damaged when there was no scratches only minor and my husband missed the birth of our son due to me not having a phone at the time, and non of my details were put on the system at all it's so disappointing because I sent it in for one thing that was probably a manufacturing fault is now it's apparently very damaged
