Wasn't a good experience at all.Overpriced for what you get. The bathroom door was broken, there's no dustbins in the room and for a place that caters for events the rooms are really below par.There's no space to get ready in front of a mirror, so ladies you'll have to take your own mirrors and the lighting in the room is also bad.There's no signal and they're to cheap to put an extender up for their WiFi so that it reaches all of the rooms.I don't even want to start with the attitude of the staff.... The waiters are super friendly, but the two blonde managers can really learn how to smile and be friendly with the guests, they make you feel very unwelcome to be there.

Wildwood Events Venue | Nature Retreat
In October this year we had the most beautiful wedding at Wildwood. Everything was PERFECT. Completely met all expectations and more. The venue is pretty and neat, the accommodation units are crafted with love and so well presented. Happy stays all around. The food is delicious and great variety offered. Then the staff - what a pleasure! Always friendly and willing to help and assist. They go the extra mile to accommodate your needs and make your stay special. Highly recommend this venue.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. Poor cellphone reception but venue have free wifi. Garden is well maintained. Layout of room we had was awkward in its setting. Spacious but space not utilized well. Venue bar is cashless only. It appears there is limited staff since food and other services took long to prepair. Our room was not cleaned well in advance since the bathroom had live spiders and cobwebs around basin. A bit far for one night stay from Pretoria. The road is gravel but fine for sedan vehicles. In short the venue is decent enough.

I honestly have no words to describe the venue. As a Wedding vendor I was blown away with the love and attention they give to their bride and groom and to all of the smaller details.The bride and groom of the past weekend wanted a wedding carThey could not get one, but Lorraine went out of her way to make it happen for the newly weds. The place was neat and everyone was welcomed with open arms.I was treated with such love and respect. And OH MY WORD the food was beyond amazing. It is such an amazing place. The Bridal suite has amazing light for photography and the Grooms room is so unique with modern elements. I would definitely recommend to any future Bride and Groom looking for a elegant unique wedding venue. They really went the extra mile. And they are all so friendly. Super impressed.

Definitely recommend it!!This is a beautiful venue! The owner and staff are so sweet and accommodating and they treat you like they've known you forever. So many great places for pictures, interesting things for your guests to look at, and wonderful ceremony locations. We absolutely loved everything.Don't even get me started on the food, Amazing!!!!!

Beautiful lodge! We stayed for 1 night.The room was super clean and stylish with aircon.Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious and the staff is very friendly.The crystal clear pool was an added bonus.Will definitely recommend it.

We called to say we are coming for dinner they said we don't have to reserve and when we got there they said we should have reserved. We found the kitchen closed and had to go another restaurant. It is a beautiful place though. We will still reserve for next time

Wonderful venue with great service. A place where you can enjoy and experience African nature and wildlife. I stayed only one night on my business trip and enjoyed every moment. Will definitely return!

This was a wonderful and extremely beautiful place. It deserves no less than 5 stars. I would recommend it to any bride most certainly as a wedding venue.
