Dropped my car for a relatively simple job on Wednesday, and was guaranteed that it would be done on Friday, which was even confirmed when I called at 9am on Friday morning.When I arrived on Friday afternoon, I was informed that my car was not ready, and both the Foreman and Manager blamed their workers for the failure. I was told I would only receive my car on Monday, and that they would call me Monday morning to tell me what time to come.On Monday, I was not called as promised, but had to call myself. When I arrived, the paint job was average at best, and I received no offer for rectification from the Foreman when this was pointed out. Eventually after some excuses, the Manager agreed to fix it if I needed.To their credit, they did provide me with a spare vehicle to drive over the weekend, however, this did not make up for the poor job, service and timing I received.I paid the full invoice, despite it being the highest quote I had received for the job, as I was under the illusion that the car would be done by the weekend, so was happy to pay more. I would not immediately recommend this shop, especially considering their higher prices.
