I was received with a hostile reception from the white man in the shop, who clearly has issue with people that are black. I came in not knowing which boxes work with what and instead of help I got a tone (raised) from the man that suggested that I was not welcome.I only stayed because the other man Sam came quickly to assist me. Quite sad because other white people came in after me and were assisted immediately. I won’t be going back for that reason, which is a shame because I came because of the great reviews I saw.

Exceptional service, and boxes from very small to very large. Even special boxes for flat screen TV'S. All sorts of protection packing material, different sorts of tape and paper, easy wrap cling film, a plethora of stickers and advice. The boxes they sell are very strong and I think it can be. They are still setting up their online and delivering service as well. Their prices are really very low and affordable. Even the truck driver commented on the box. Definitely the go to place for packing. Not even one piece one item broke or damaged! They even sell large plastic covers for mattresses.

Very poor service. I will never purchase from this store. The company will not go the extra mile to help customers. We were trying to do business with them from abroad and they don't have a whatsapp number for ease of communication for clients. Physically been to the store to purchase as well and the level of service was terrible.
