Worst service ever!!! After driving 300km and staying in a guest house to take my bike to Customized Cycling. They caused so much damage to my much loved KTM Prestige MTB. Richard is just full of promises and big talk, but can't deliver anything. He blocked me from contacting him and now I just work through his wife that is also just full of stories and lies. His mechanic can't even fit a bottle cage properly. Don't believe anything they say. Richards and his crew don't know how the mechanical parts operate. Wish I could give them a -5 stars. Don't do a bike set-up as well, waste of time and money. That was my experience with them.

After being messed about twice by a so called specialist bike shop and another shop i devcided to give customized cycling a try. All i wanted was the gears properly set. I went to collect in the afternoon and Cindy told me they'd fixed a bent hangar,tightened the headset, pointed out that the chain was 75% worn,pointed out a bend in one of the gears on the cassette and topped up with brake oil.The'y also taken it foir a ride and apart from the jumping in the bent gear everything was fine. They recommended a new cassette and new chain soon and to stay out of the gear causing the trouble. I asked for the price , thinking they were going to sting me and she said the initial price was fine and the other stuff theyd fixed was minor and she would have called me if there was major work to do. Definetly my bike shop of choice now.
